This designer‑led home was shaped through "Design With Intent". From the exterior architecture to the interior finishes, every decision was authored as part of one cohesive vision. The stone-and-stucco-brick façade, balanced rooflines, and arched entry set the tone for warm, modern‑classic interiors layered with natural materials, soft neutrals, and functional clarity. Inside, selections were curated for longevity, comfort, and everyday ease, creating a home that feels connected, calm, and quietly elevated. This project reflects a unified design narrative—intentional, timeless, and crafted from the ground up.
