As an interior designer and creative director specializing in drawing-forward, narrative-driven design for new builds and renovations, I help homeowners, builders, and agents make confident architectural and interior decisions by showing the full story of a home before construction begins. My work blends architecture, materials, and interiors into one cohesive narrative — creating homes that feel intentional, modern, and emotionally grounded.

Interior Settings Ltd.
Michelle Chapman is an interior designer and creative director with nearly two decades of experience shaping intentional, modern homes across Colorado. She began her career in 2005 at KAS Interior Design, contributing to the Daniel Libeskind Lofts at the Denver Art Museum — an early project that grounded her work in architecture, materials, and modern design.
She joined Interior Settings in 2007, expanding her portfolio and deepening her expertise in residential and healthcare design. In 2015, Michelle was awarded ownership of the studio, where she now leads with a drawing‑forward, narrative‑driven approach that helps clients make confident decisions before construction begins.
Michelle lives in Colorado with her husband and two children. Outside the studio, she finds inspiration in family, friends, and the everyday stories that shape how people live in their homes.
