This designer‑led home was shaped through "Design With Intent". From the exterior architecture to the interior finishes, every decision was authored as part of one cohesive vision. The stone-and-stucco-brick façade, balanced rooflines, and arched entry set the tone for warm, modern‑classic interiors layered with natural materials, soft neutrals, and functional clarity. Inside, selections were curated for longevity, comfort, and everyday ease, creating a home that feels connected, calm, and quietly elevated. This project reflects a unified design narrative—intentional, timeless, and crafted from the ground up.

New Custom Home

We have designed this home four different times — each version with its own exterior architecture, material palette, and interior story. Same footprint, four distinct identities. A study in cohesion, contrast, and what’s possible when you design with intent from the outside in.

Honey Creek

Nestled between the Cherry Creek Trail and Highline Canal, Honey Creek Townhomes offered the perfect canvas for Interior Settings Ltd to create spaces that feel both grounded and aspirational. The merchandising strategy centered on emotional connection, universal accessibility, and lifestyle storytelling—inviting potential homeowners to see not just a unit, but a future.

P/SL (Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center)

Project Overview:
This project focuses on the interior design of two critical yet distinct zones within a hospital: the ICU waiting area, where emotional sensitivity and comfort are paramount, and the administrative lobby, which serves as the hospital’s first point of contact and must balance professionalism with warmth.

Outcome:
The final design delivers a harmonious blend of empathy and efficiency—a sanctuary for families in the ICU waiting area and a polished, functional gateway in the administrative lobby. Together, they elevate the hospital’s environment, aligning with both patient-centered care and institutional excellence.
